The 360 degree Spinner has had outings at a number of venues this week … this set features the football, and the River Murray ..
Inspired by a lovely lady and exciting photographer, Cynthia Gemus, I took my new Holga to Glenelg on Friday, to try for some fun fair shots like hers. The new Holga now has – tape over the Bulb/Normal button (lost shots again), tape to hold the colour flash batteries in place AND tape over the […]
Another roll of redscale – out in North Adelaide late last week – and this is what I came up with. I suspect the redscale is better single exposed – (see Week 15 #project52) and with great skies, than it is in this process. Still, they’re interesting! Cheers!
Working on the double exposure process with my Holga for an exhibition later in the year. I like a couple of these, what do you think???
Our with my hot pink Holga favourite, loaded with Lomography redscale film in the city of Adelaide. Dust in my scanning is pretty annoying, but photoshop or re-scanning will fix if I decide to do more with these. Love the way the little plastic, pink, camera captured the buildings and gorgeous sky!
As one of my assessment tasks for Alternative Presentation at the Centre for Creative Photography was to create a book from my favourite Holga double exposure images. Taken in 5 states of Australia, these represent my favourites to date! I hand bound a book to display them – fabulous course, great place to learn!!!
I love my Holga SO much that I bought a second one (this time ick green with a colour flash option – I’ll use that for a later post). Now I can cruise for clicks in colour on one Holga and B&W on the other!! Yippee. New one is proving to be pretty solid – […]
Finally!!!!! Some success with my new Diana! What is it about her that is SO hard??? Three double exposures and a neat entry door in the Garden of Unearthly Delights (Finge Festival in Adelaide). Nice – but third film lucky! Better go back to the manual and see what I am doing wrong!
On a beautiful Adelaide summers day in late February, I took my 360º Spinner for a wander down North Terrace to Fringe Festival central – ‘The Garden of Unearthly Delights’. The 8 images in this blog are the result of just one roll of fill – 100% hit rate – on ya Spinner!! Reliable little […]
Sunday was the last day of the Brighton Beach Sculpture display. I had been hanging out for a sunny day and finally it came on the final day. There is another post with my digital efforts (closer to the event obviously, because of the immediacy of digital), this one has been delayed by processing of […]
