I really enjoy the randomness of double exposing one image over another. The Holga is just perfect for this kind of fun. These were taken in Melbourne last year 🙂

Double exposures with my Holga 120, on the road in Tibet.
Having lugged plastic cameras and film all around Tibet, you’d think I’d have more to show for my efforts! This is one of only 2 films I have been able to process here in Phuket. Still working on the others!! Holga doubles – taken in the countryside of Tibet. Check the posts following this one […]
Out with my Holga and black and white film in Hindmarsh!
Another trip out double exposing with my Holga. I know I am a little repetitive at the moment – at least I go to different settings each time – but I am part of a group putting up a plastic camera exhibition, and I want to nails some excellent ones before I go to Thailand […]
Took my Holgas to Jetty Road, Brighton for more double exposing fun!! I found a photographer with a gorgeous girl in a beautiful gown on the beach! Played with the Arch of Remembrance and doubled up the jetty and eateries along the way.
Another roll of redscale – out in North Adelaide late last week – and this is what I came up with. I suspect the redscale is better single exposed – (see Week 15 #project52) and with great skies, than it is in this process. Still, they’re interesting! Cheers!
Working on the double exposure process with my Holga for an exhibition later in the year. I like a couple of these, what do you think???
As one of my assessment tasks for Alternative Presentation at the Centre for Creative Photography was to create a book from my favourite Holga double exposure images. Taken in 5 states of Australia, these represent my favourites to date! I hand bound a book to display them – fabulous course, great place to learn!!!
I love my Holga SO much that I bought a second one (this time ick green with a colour flash option – I’ll use that for a later post). Now I can cruise for clicks in colour on one Holga and B&W on the other!! Yippee. New one is proving to be pretty solid – […]
